Instructions
- Beat together the egg whites, salt, pepper, and milk
- Sauté the chopped onion and mushroom in 1/2 tsp oil with salt and celery till soft.
- Add 1/2 tsp oil in the pan and pour the beaten egg. Once the eggs are set, add the sautéed mushroom mix.
- Flip and cook on the other side till the omelette is well cooked.
