- 50 gm Chicken (ground)
- 25 gm Onion (finely chopped)
- 50 gms Tomatoes (chopped)
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 4-5 no. of Cabbage leaves
- 1/2 tsp Oil

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and place cabbage leaves in it. Remove the leaves as they soften and leave it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook and stir the onion until softened and translucent, about 2 minutes then add tomatoes
- Stir together. Later add ground chicken, garlic, salt and pepper
- Place mixture in the centre of each cabbage leaf. Roll the leaf and tuck ends in to enclose. Place rolls in a baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 180 C until the chicken mix in the rolls is no longer pink, for about 8-10 minutes. Serve hot.
