Ingredients
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Lemon Juice
- 50 gms Chicken breasts (skinless)
- 1/2 tsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp (2 gms) Dried basil
- 1/4 tsp Dried oregano
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup (25 gms) Red Bell Pepper
- 1/4 cup (25 gms) Yellow Bell Peppers
- 1/4 cup (25 gms) Capsicum
- 1/3 cup (25 gms) Onion
- 1 (10 gms) Spring Onion
- 2 inch Celery Sticks (chopped)
- 1-2 no. of Garlic cloves

Instructions
- Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add garlic and stir.
- Place the sliced chicken in the pan and let it turn brown on each side
- Add vegetables, dried herbs, salt and pepper
- Stir-fry quickly until the vegetables begin to soften
- Add lemon juice. Serve it hot
