Ingredients
- 8 slices of Whole Wheat Bread
- 4 Tomatoes
- 2 Onions
- 1/2 cup of Bell peppers (yellow, green & red)
- 100 gm Paneer (low fat)
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Mixed Herbs (for seasoning)
- 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
- Salt to taste
- Oregano & chilli flakes (to sprinkle)

Instructions
- Blanch tomatoes by putting them in boiling water for approximately 10 minutes. Make tomato puree.
- Sauté chopped onion in little vegetable oil till soft.
- Add tomato puree, mixed herbs, chilli powder and salt and cook for approximately 15 minutes.
- Cut the whole wheat bread slice to round shape with the help of a round katori.
- Roast it in a toaster. Let it cool.
- Now spread the tomato puree on the slice. Sprinkle finely chopped bell peppers and grated paneer over the spread. Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes as per taste. Bake till it turns golden brown. Serve it hot.
