Ingredients
- 6-8 no. of Fresh Mushroom chops
- 1 no. of Carrot
- 4-5 Cauliflower florets
- 2-3 no. of garlic (chopped)
- 1 cup Vegetable Stock
- 10 gm soya granules
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Spices
- 1 tsp Oil

Instructions
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Sauté the chopped garlic and chopped mushroom for 2-3 minutes
- Take cauliflower into a steamer to steam for 5-8 minutes. Strain the cauliflower.
- Grind all the ingredients to make a puree
- Add the vegetable stock. Boil the mix for 2-3 minutes
- Add salt & pepper to taste
- Soak the granules in hot water along with salt for 10 minutes. Squeeze the soya granules. Roast the granules till crisp.
- Add the granules to the soup. Consume hot.
