Ingredients
- 1/2 cup tofu
- 1/2 cup black raisins (draksh)
- 1/2 cup Pomegranate (anar)
- 2 tbsp flax seed oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tbsp garlic (crushed)
- 1/2 tbsp Ginger (crushed)
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Add all the ingredients except lemon juice and flax seed oil in a mixer and make a coarse paste
- Pour the paste in a bowl, add flax seed oil, lemon juice and salt to taste. Mix well
How to serve
- This dip can be served with - • Carrot sticks • Cucumber sticks • Radish sticks
Recipe Notes
Lemon juice adds the tang and enriches it with vitamin C.
