Ingredients
- 3 1/2 tbsp celery
- 1/2 cup Tomato (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp garlic (chopped)
- 1 1/2 cup Vegetable Stock
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder (freshly ground)
- 2 tsp pimpli powder (peepramul)
- 1 tsp Oil
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Pressure cook celery and tomato together and puree it
- Make vegetable stock
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add garlic and sauté till it turns light brown
- Add the puree and vegetable stock to the pan
- Add salt, pepper powder and pimpli powder and boil for another minute. Serve hot
