Ingredients
- 50 gms soya nuts
- 3 no. of Spring Onion bulb
- 1 Tomato (finely chopped)
- A few Pomegranate seeds
- Mint chutney (as per taste)
- Lemon Juice (as per taste)
- Salt (as per taste)
- Chaat Masala (as per taste)
- Red Chilli Powder (as per taste)
- Coriander Leaves (for garnish)

Instructions
- Finely chop the tomatoes and onion bulb
- In a bowl, mix all the finely chopped vegetables and soya nuts together
- Add the spices as per taste
- Mix the masalas, soya nuts and vegetables well
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds and serve.
