- 1 small bunch of Coriander Leaves
- 3 pods of garlic
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 3 cups of Water
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste

Instructions
- Wash and clean the coriander (you can take coriander stems). Chop coriander finely. Put chopped coriander in water along with crushed garlic.
- Boil till the color of water changes to green. Slow down the flame and add salt and pepper to taste. Stir well.
- After getting proper consistency of soup put off the gas. Put lemon juice and serve hot. For making clear soup, it can be strained and served.
