- 1/4 bunch of Spinach Leaves
- 25 gms Tofu/Paneer
- 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp Oil
- 1/2-1 cup of Vegetable Stock
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Instructions
- Wash and clean the spinach. Blanch spinach leaves into boiling water for 2-3 minutes. And transfer them immediately to ice cold water; on cooling grind it into the puree.
- Chop paneer or tofu in to small cubes. Heat oil; add ginger garlic paste and sauté.
- Put the spinach puree, salt, pepper powder and mix well. Add vegetable stock as required and bring it to boil.
- Garnish it with chopped tofu/paneer and serve it hot.
Recipe Notes
This recipe is rich in fibre and helps to reduce hunger pangs, thus aiding weight loss.
