- 2 ripe Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 500 ml Chilled Water
- Few Mint Leaves
- Salt to taste
- A pinch of pepper powder

Instructions
- Finely chop the mint leaves. Blend tomatoes with 250 ml chilled water to make a puree.
- Strain the puree. Add remaining 250 ml of chilled water, salt, pepper powder and sugar-free.
- Chill the shorbha. Serve it chilled with chopped mint leaves.
