Instructions
- Take cauliflower into a steamer to steam. Keep cauliflower greens inside the water while steaming cauliflower, chopped garlic and chopped mushroom above for enhancing the taste.
- Grind all the ingredients except cauliflower greens. Add hot water into it. Do not boil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Eat it hot.
- Discard the cauliflower greens; use that water as a soup stock.
