- 1 cup Tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 cup Cucumber (chopped)
- 2 slices of Orange
- 1/2 Apple (chopped)
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup Coriander Leaves

- Mix all the above ingredients. Pour lemon juice and sprinkle salt and pepper. Garnish with coriander.
