Instructions
- Prepare homemade Paneer from ½ litre cow’s milk.
- Chop broccoli finely & dice 2 tomatoes & keep it in a bowl aside.
- Add olive oil, garlic, salt, green chilly & lime juice in chopped vegetables & Paneer.
- Mix it well.
- Microwave it for 4 minutes & serve hot.
