Instructions
  1. Take 1 tsp oil in a non-stick deep pan.
  2. Add ginger garlic and green chilli paste.
  3. Add broccoli florets and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  4. When done, grind the mixture, add the skimmed milk. Stir well. Add the vegetable stock.
  5. Boil the contents and add salt-pepper for taste.
