- 1 cup Chana Dal
- 1 Onion
- 1 cup Mix Veggies (french beans, cauliflower, carrots)
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Soak chana dal overnight and coarsely grind it in the morning. Keep it aside.
- In a pan add 1 tsp of oil, followed by chopped green chili, chopped onion and other ingredients.
- Stir the ingredients together well, then add chana dal paste. Cover the kadhai with a lid and cook till it turns soft.
Recipe Notes
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
