Ingredients
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 6 Mushrooms (chopped in small pieces)
- 1 Onion (sliced)
- 1 Tomato (cut in small cubes)
- 150 gms Broccoli
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg Powder
- 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 1/2 tsp olive oil

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a kadhai and add chopped garlic.
- Then add red, yellow, green bell pepper. When slightly cooked, add onions.
- When onions turn pink add mushrooms, tomatoes and broccoli. Saute for a while and add little water.
- Then add salt, pepper powder, nutmeg powder, cinnamon powder and lime juice. Let it cook for a while and turn down the flame.

Serve hot with chapattis.
