- 1 bunch Methi
- 10 cloves of garlic
- 4 Green Chillies
- 4 tsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
- Add garlic and green chilli paste and turmeric powder. Let it cook really well.
- Add methi leaves, salt and let cook on low flame for some time.
- Keep stirring and once methi is cooked, then cook it on full flame for a little while and serve hot.
