Instructions
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add methi seeds, hing, green chillies and pumpkin and mix well.
- Add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, ginger and mix.
- Add little water, cover and cook on low flame for few minutes.
- Add sugar, lemon juice and coriander leaves.
- Cover and cook on low flame for about 10-15 minutes till the pumpkin is soft. Mash the pumpkin gently.
